Laser Dance

I don't know when this frigging red dot is going to go away. I never know when it will appear, but here I am attempting to grab it with my paw. I tire of the erratic nature of the dot after a few goes up the wall. I don't want to show too much emotion (read: disappointment) in my constant failure to catch the dot, although I've noticed that Misha hasn't had too much luck either. Regardless, I'm routinely coaxed into red dot hide and seek. I feign caring for the first few minutes and then I attack with full force. As always, the dot is clever. I wish I could understand why it only appears in the morning and at night when Carol and Chris are sitting around with their thumbs up their butts. Is there a connection?? BTW - I hate getting my nailes clipped. I'd rather poop in a full litter box than have to endure the trauma of such ridiculous antics. Can you do something about that?
